Yes. BlurGuard blurs at the page level, so Zoom, Meet, Teams, OBS, Loom and any other recorder captures exactly what you see — already blurred.

Blurring is CSS-based and only touches the elements you choose or the categories you enable. Most pages show no measurable impact.
